ironhelmet.com (the Site) is owned and operated by Jay Kyburz (trading as Iron
Helmet Games) (IHG). We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our
commitment to maintaining the privacy and accuracy of your personal information.

collect, use and disclose is accurate and current. However, the accuracy of that
information depends largely on the information you provide.

This Site is not directed at or intended for use by persons under the age of 13.

under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please immediately
exit from the Site and do not use or access this Site unless and until we

we learn such information has been collected and stored through the Site without

facilitate the provision of multi-player games and the interaction of its users.
